The Bamboo Curtain Studio (BCS) in Taiwan aims to promote cross-cultural exchanges by providing a meeting point for visitors from national and international art related fields for short visits or specific projects. The Studio endeavors to promote cross-cultural exchanges by lifting barriers and providing a creative environment at this crucial time. Space and facilities will be provided for production, with residencies available on site. The aim is to service artists in their research and to help test and trial products and services.

The present managers Heidi CHEN and former manager Iris HUNG share their experiences and the projects of BCS, which have worked closely with the environment and community in the past few years.

During the talk, the speakers accompany regional representative of Mekong Cultural Hub Nguyen Thuy Duong and Ming - Jiun Tsai to share experiences, lessons and inspirations from their work promoting their environment and community collaborative activities.
